Customers must choose a delivery slot while placing their order. Whilst iTadka will make every effort to deliver your order within the chosen delivery slot, it must be recognized that in circumstances beyond iTadka's control delays to deliveries are possible. In such instances, if the delivery is delayed beyond an "acceptable duration", you (the customer) will be compensated for the inconvenience.Management defines "acceptable duration" as 1 hour from delivery slot end time. The compensation amount will be set to 2% of the order value (excluding delivery charges). If you live just outside our delivery area, just contact us and we will make every effort to try and accomodate special requests. |

With our postal delivery service we guarantee you'll never have been so excited to see the postman! For standard UK delivery, we have carefully selected couriers to ensure your food arrives in both a timely and pristine condition. Since our partners at Businesspost take every care to carry out our commitment to quality and reliability, the proof really is in the pudding!As Businesspost are closed over the weekends, no deliveries will be made on Saturdays and Sundays. So, a 'Next Business Day' delivery order made on Friday will not be delivered until the subsequent Monday. Please bear in mind that travel chaos caused by the weather conditions may mean a delay which is out of our control.

Delivery Terms & Conditions: Once the parcels are dispatched from our warehouse, a separate email is sent with the consignment number and tracking information. The delivery will be made by Businesspost, our courier partner anytime from 8am to 8pm. Please ensure that there is someone at home on the date of delivery. If no one is available at the address when the driver arrives, a card is left as a confirmation of their attempt to make the delivery. The card will contain instructions on how the parcel can be retrieved - Customers can either collect it or arrange for redelivery. We cannot accept any liability for goods that have been sent back to the depot and perished(in case thereis no one at home to receive the order). Incase the delivery attempt is not successful, the courier company will make another attempt to re-deliver the next working day, after that the goods will be held at the depot for 7 days, and thereafter, returned back to us. In this scenario depending on the saleable condition of the goods, we will deduct the cost of postage and returns-fee of £9.99 and re-imburse the balance in the method that you paid us. If you are not happy with any item, please get in touch with our customer service within 12 hrs of receiveing the parcel with a photo proof (Please take a snapshot of the image and send it via email toinfo@itadka.com). Please note that photo proof is needed for any quality complaints. Customers are requested to sign for accepting the delivery.
