What are Loyalty Points?
Loyalty points is our way of saying thank you for shopping with us. You collect loyalty points every time you shop with us. The more you shop with us the more you gain from us. You get 1 point for every £1 you spend on our site. Say, you spend £32.45 on goods on our site, you will get 32 loyalty points.
What can I do with these loyalty points?
Once you have collected 500 points or more, you can redeem these points against a purchase made on our site. A checkbox is displayed on the payment screen - this checkbox is only enabled once you have collected 500 points or more. Select this box to redeem your loyalty points against your purchase.
How much is it worth?
Each point is worth 1 pence. As an example, 523 points is equal to £5.23. Say, you collected 523 points and your order is £37.29, upon selecting the checkbox to redeem loyalty points, you outstanding total will reduce to £32.06 (i.e. £37.29 - £5.23).
Will the delivery fees be included in the loyalty points?
Delivery fees is excluded from loyalty points. Only the cost of goods/products is included. Say, the total price of your goods is £32.45 and the delivery fee is £1.49, therefore the total order amount is £33.94, you will only collect 32 loyalty points.
Where are my points displayed?
The outstanding points is displayed in your 'My Account' screen, on the 'My Basket' option of all shopping screens and
in the invoice. The invoice also displays the points you collected in this shopping trip.
I have been a regular customer of iTadka for the last 4 months - will all my previous orders automatically qualify for the loyalty points?
We are sorry, but past orders will not considered. Only orders placed from 24th of June 2009 will qualify for the Loyalty Points Programme.
