How does iTadka's price-match guarantee work?
If you find a lower price anywhere on a new identical item anywhere in London, just show us the lower price by contacting us at info@itadka.com and we will match the price by giving you the difference. Please note that we must be contacted within 14 days of your purchase.
Which products does iTadka price match?
This applies only to products with the price-match stickers. The item must be identical, including brand, packaging, size and be legally sourced for sale in the UK. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from a retailer.
Which products aren't available for price match?
Products without the price-match stickers are not available for price-match. We don't price match items sold on auction sites or at local or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary, clearance or liquidation sales). We don't price match taxes and typographical errors.
Are delivery charges included in the price match?
No, they are not included
How do iTadka coupons and rebates contribute to the iTadka price?
When calculating a price match, we'll deduct any available iTadka coupons, iTadka Rebates and manufacturer rebates from the iTadka price to arrive at a net price. For example, if you buy a item from us for £10 and we offer a £2 rebate, the net price is £8. If another company's price is £8 or more, we will not match the price. Another example: if you buy an item from us for £7.49 and you have a £3 coupon, the net price is £4.49. If another company's price is £3.49, your price match would be £1.
Will iTadka match another company's price when combined
with an instant rebate, mail-in rebate, gift check or gift card,
or free or discounted item?
We'll match another company's final price after deducting an instant rebate. If another company offers a product that comes with
a mail-in rebate, gift check, gift card or an equivalent, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not
take the mail-in rebate, gift check, gift card or equivalent into account. If another company offers a product that comes with
a free or discounted item and iTadka does not carry the free or discounted item, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase
and will not take the free or discounted item into account.
Are quantities limited on price-matched products?
We may limit the quantities of price-matched items. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.
Any other special exclusions from the policy?
Suppliers are obliged to run exclusive promotions for short durations for some supermarkets. As such promotions are exclusive and of short-term nature, iTadka will not be able to apply the price-match policy on such occasions to these products.
